Introduction, Featured & Offline Events

Introduction

With new websites come new features. With the scene getting a new home in form of CyberGamer, we thought we will give something useful back. That is and will be a monthly article about tournaments played, called Call of Duty 4 Tournament Roundup. It's purpose is to make it a place where you can find all the tournament results, without having to search through countless threads, posts and articles.

The tournaments are didived into different parts. With Featured Events we give point out the biggest and most important online tournaments, who had either a huge showing in teams or a generous prize pool. Offline Events category is pretty much self explanatory, but we strive to also include BYOC and garage LAN's who run CoD4. In Online Events you can find just about every Cup that we could find that had a 10+ team showing. In the end, we note the "MoneyMakers" of the month together with "Cup Kings", teams who made the most money in a month and ones who dominated online Cups, respectively.

It is a fact that this is our first Tournament Roundup, so it is natural to assume that some bugs have found it's way in, but for the future we will not only iron out the mistakes but also add more content. Also, it would our lives much easier if tournament organizers would be kind enough to keep us updated of the tournaments they run.
