The first CGm play-off sees two well known teams in the CoD4 Promod scene come head-to-head as they both hunt for the lucrative final spot into CGi. The match might better be seen as a cross-country duel of sorts, with both line-ups sporting fully local Turkish and Danish players respectively.

However, their reputations are more than local, as HWA.Kingston have proven their strength and commitment in the past by travelling across Europe to multiple LAN events, with orchyN a longstanding member whose experience should prove invaluable on the night. The team have though two other gems in the shape of qlobaL! and chaKyLeXY, who on their day can tear teams apart.

The new boys in Team Refuse will be no pushovers on the night, with all of the Danes able to boast considerable LAN experience and should now be seen as veterans of the scene - they'll be eager to show their new organisation what they're made of. Roskilde-Ravens veterans hiffer and champ will want to make sure they're not seen as past-it, while the team will no doubt be looking to PatrickG to help steer them to victory, with the scope having shown exceptional ability in the past, both online and off.

cHaos eSport have seen a quick rise up the scene in the last two seasons alone. Surging through CGa into CGm and finishing in 4th place at the end of the 2nd season, the team will surely be seen as an example to follow if they manage to fly through into CGi at their first attempt. While their roster might not be known to everyone,remixwow has demonstrated he has the ability with the scope to do damage, and spooNNN is a well known name in the scene - a player with enough experience to make an impact.

eMpathy are in the same boat but are in the play-offs thanks to team drop outs. But I have no doubt they'll be motivated to show everyone why they're a team to be reckoned with despite their fortunate inclusion. A strong, quick SMG pairing in the form of Marc and nemix could potentially exploit any cHaos cracks. With DARZY, a formiddable and upcoming scope, one could see them winning the match if all three perform. Yet with their final AK player unannounced, it may yet be too soon for this new line-up.
