Hello, me and sn@p! have spent the last couple of months creating a tournament system for CyberGamer and for anyone to use. An example tournament can be seen here:

www.cybergamer.com.au/tournament/1/

The system supports Single Elimination and Double Elimination and supports bracket sizes up to 128. The system allows multiple brackets to be run at the same time to accommodate bigger tournaments (the winners of each bracket go into a 'Final Bracket').

The system allows the "teams" to be any team that's already created on the site, or any user profile for 1v1 tournaments. The system is entirely automated, such that once you choose the teams for the tournament and start it, the teams will be entered into their matches and they'll be prompted to enter the results of their match themselves. The system then updates itself and moves the winner forward etc etc.

All tournaments are attached to an event in the events calendar, such that anyone can create their own event and gain access to it. These two are attached to this one: http://www.cybergamer.com.au/event/61/Testing-Event/

We have a few tournaments of our own that will be using it over the coming weeks, so look out for them! Let me know if you have any questions,

Thanks

Enjoy guys, let us know of any bugs you may encounter! PS - You'll need flash.

Oh another thing - the light version is still coming. You'll have to put up with dark for now if you're lighty.

Any Game... it's a tool that admins can use to run State of Origin Comps, one day comps, finals, once off tournaments, anything like that. We're hoping LAN groups find it useful to
