Functionality of the lower toolbar is a nice improvement, although you've completely removed the original CG them feel which was console specific.. More to come though, but so far, a bit of nostalgia, but I like.

Looks really good, I've got a few nitpicks, but overall I'm really liking 4.0

edit: Definitely needs some gray around the forum post areas, it's a little too bright.

The site has come very far from when some of use first joined.

Will there be an option anytime soon for a "Dark" version of the site just like there was a "light version for CGv3.0
