All looks pretty well lads, but I have a few quick questions.

It seems like you all plan on using SLAC as the anitcheat which is a good idea.

Will it be compulsory for the teams in CGi and CGm to play in the open CGa ladder? I presume it will be or what's the plan in that case?

If you don't plan on making the CGa an imperative for the CGm and CGi then will there be cups to keep the lower tier teams hungry to try their stuff against the bigger teams? Or do both?

The reason I ask this is because it's compulsory to play a minimum of 2 matches a week so the majority of teams won't have much time to participate in the main or invite ladder and still enjoy a game or two in the open ladder!

EDIT: Oh, and how do I accept an invite from my team on this? I can't figure it out!

There will actually be two ladders, one will be the CG Amateur Ladder (CGa) which will be a part of the overall season league system (thus the CGa resets at the end of each season).

The other ladder will simply be an Open Ladder where everyone can participate in, there won't be anything to gain from the Open Ladder and can be seen temporarily as a way to get used to the CG match system which is why everyone should sign up to it at the moment.

Not sure what you mean by this. The CGa will be the only way to win promotion to the CGm and CGi, with 5 spots up for grabs it really is the ladder you want to be playing in to earn points and thus entry. The Open Ladder will simply be seen as a practice ladder or mix ladder (when you'll be able to be in more than one team - but this will only be possible in the Open Ladder due to locked rosters in CGi,CGm and CGa).

The CGa should be extremely active as teams will be playing as much as possible to win points and thus promotion. Of course there will also be other cups on ESH,ESL etc to keep us even busier

Will the CGi and CGm be filled up with the current pre/invite teams or do all the teams have to play in CGo ladder first?

The first season will most certainly be invite only, maybe a qualifying cup or two to keep things interesting.

After that it should run by itself with regards to promotions/relegations.

More will be announced very shortly!

The open ladder rules state the winner is first to 13 but you play 2 maps? How does that work? If each team wins one map each, then round difference decides the winner? Or just use the cb style and have it as first to 25? You need to make the game rules clearer.

The servers are set to use map vote to switch to the second map, but as promod does not allow this it currently does not work. We are quickly trying to fix this issue.

For the moment i suggest to play the 2nd map on your own server.

Still doesnt answer my previous question. How do you decide the winner if each team wins 1 map? Do you just do it on round difference or play a 3rd map or should it be changed to first to 25 rounds overall. Because winning on round difference isnt exactly a fair win in my opinion.
