Should help you out, bear in mind some might be on old patches and be slightly outdated in areas but generally all will be relevant.

He also has many others on his website, make sure to look for "Newbie Tuesdays" and pretty much anything there will be relevant for you as you're right at the beginning and don't even know what race you want to play yet.

Day9 is deff your man, his Newbie Tuesday videos are some of the best starter videos you'll ever watch.

Since you brought the game a couple of days ago you should still have 50 placement/practice matches! Make sure you play them all (don't skip them) and use different races terran/protoss and zerg till you find one that you are comfortable with!

oh god yeah i'd need someone to teach me the game too, ive watched tons of husky's replays during the last 3 days and i understand loads of what they do but i just cant play the game myself, tbf i only played 4 times against super easy AI so far though lol

Yeah, but you are amazing at everything you do.

Watching tutorials is all well and good, but if you can't apply them to your gameplay then its useless.

Watch a couple of day9 videos and try work on your mechanics, once you can get a decent macro going you should be well on your way to gold league.

haha yeah i already watched 2 of them, but i cant start applying and practicing them yet because im currently still in romania and ive only got my macbook and no mouse, so its hard to do all that stuff

A big problem for beginners in SC2 seems to be their mechanics. Most people have watched Day9, Husky, or some other streamer/youtuber and know the basics and what they should do, but just cannot.

The answer to this is plainly just to practice more, whether it is against AI, bronze or some other newbie friend doesnt really matter but to just play the game is the most important.

This problem still persists for me, I watch SC2 alot more than i play it, with the result of lacking mechanics ingame.
