The toolbar at the bottom isnt working for me anyone else having the same problem?

ppl have told me they are adding me to buddy but nothing, i cant view my buddies and the notifications dont show either

May be dependent on your web browser.
Chrome and Firefox diffidently shouldn't cause you issues.

Also, F5 usually works for me when I've temporarily lost it, just a basic re-fresh.

yeh tried the refresh many times its main reason i made thread since it wasnt working, guess ill just have to use firefox till they fix if they do
