There are free ventrillo and mumble voice apps (on android), would think there is a teamspeak one too.

In terms of XFire, Koolim is one (website based), and if you search for xfire on the android market place there is at least one app which does an average job of xfire.

Steam chat/friendslist would be nicer

Same for iPhone, xfire mobile is not very well optimisated.
