[Help] CoD2 Windowed Mode?

Hello, people.
I want to start a serious CoD2 Movie project for my best mate for his awesome shots.
Now here's the problem...
When I avidemo, the whole thing is too slow. Literally, painfully slow. In CoD4 my avidemo 200 is way faster than my avidemo 30 in CoD2...
That's because my CoD4 can run in windowed, but my CoD2 cannot.
So, is there any way to make it windowed?
Things I've tried already:
1. Added -w to the shortcut of the CoD2MP_s.exe
2. Added -window to the shortcut of the CoD2MP_s.exe
3. Added +set developer 1 +set r_fullscreen 0 to the shortcut of the CoD2MP_s.exe
4. Modiifed the game exe to c_fullscreen from r_fullscreen
5. Downloaded some shit DLL to force it windowed
6. Of course in-game tried r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart

None of these helped. If I use fraps for capturing video, it won't be that high fps (even with timescale .25).
So, If anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate that!

-1. Go to your Call of Duty 2 Folder (not main)

-2. Right Click CoD2MP_s

-3. Click Properties

-4. At bottum you see Attributes :
-uncheck read only box

-5. After that click apply.

-6. Click ok and go to your CoD2 Main Folder

-7. Click players & Click the One You Want to Edit

-8. Edit your Config_mp file and do (Ctrl + F) and find "fullscreen".

-9. Change the defualt of 1 to 0.

-10. Save it and exit.

-11. Go back to Properties and Attributes of your CoD2MP_s

-12. Check and then Un-Check the Read only Box.

-13. Click Apply and Click Ok.

-14. And Walla Go to Your CoD2 Profile You Edited. (Start CoD2MP)

-15. Type in console /r_fullscreen 0

-16. type /vid_restart

Thanks for the help, but this didn't work either.
I'm using Win7 Enterprise x64 by the way.

When I launch CoD2 and write /r_fullscreen 0, after do everything in this guide, it simply won't change.

go into your cfg and find the fullscreen command?

/seta_fullscreen or something, the actually command has completely escaped me haha :/ but if you change that it should work.
