you can do this, but its a bit complicated i think, atleast if you have windows 7.
on xp you can use the website as background, just search a bit.

on win7/vista you have to download the screenclean.swf, convert it to wmv and use
it via dreamscene. if you want to know how i can search on the internet and tell you.

and if u r using mac / linux i dont know..
