Vacant Removed from rotation?

Is there any reason why Vacant has been removed? I liked playing that every now and again its a fun map to play if Vacant has been removed why is cluster still there? it's not very popular within the Pug system with only 16 out of 200 pugs been played on that map.

The reason seems quite obvious to me, it almost never got played and it won't make it back in the map rotation.
I see cluster quite often played btw.

Because it will never return to the competative map pool in europe and noone wants to play it. Cluster is good and will hopefully be introduced at lans and money cups eventually.

From my experience in the past vacant wasnt playable due to the cooknades and hit blimps also the whole a bombsite is wallbangable/nadable from outside

Another important fact is that the maps really small which didnt appeal to others since they were getting naded at spawn and so on.

I've heard that Vacant isn't a competetive map in Europe, that's maybe the reason
