Cod4 Low FPS Problem

Recently I got a major constant FPS drop, which I have no idea how appeared.
I've always had an average FPS count on 250 - 333 FPS in Cod4, but suddenly it dropped down to 60 FPS. I have no idea how the hell this could of happened, and I need help. I've tried to reinstall Cod4 but it didn't work anyhow.

My PC specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i7 Quad Processor i7-2600K (Overclocked to 4.2GHZ)
GPU: PowerColor Radeon HD 5670 1GB GDDR5
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4, Socket-1155
RAM: 2x Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600MHz 4GB CL9
PSU: Corsair TX 750W
Monitor: BenQ G2411HD 24" Wide
HDD: WD Caviar Green 2TB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit

I am getting 2x Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 2GB GDDR5 very soon though.

open taskmanager for your cpu utilization and check if there are some new unknown processes in background..

- open terminal, - type sudo yes > /dev/null - type password - turn macbook on its back - use bottom of laptop to cook your favorite food

Love is taking a dive, then getting really comfortable and peeing in the pool.
