but some days ago my brother played on my computer and he changed the cd-key and now i ended up with his guid which is 4c27767c and i ended up with his. since i can't manual change it. idk what to do...

how about reinstall the game?

well that would take some time and i don't really believe that the game is the problem more like the website that don't like that we got 2 ip's or something

Restart your router, get your GUID from PB or CG and paste the new GUID in your Registry. It's advanced but should solve the problem. Probably GUID is assigned to wrong CD-Key or something... Try that and get back to me

Why isn't there just added something where you can add/edit your guid on your profile? xd pretty stupid tbh.

Both of your guids are saved on cg, As you can see there is a button there saying 'View previous game GUIDs'.
Therefor you don't really need to change your guid on cg as it is still saved under your profile. If you want it changed, change your CD key to the original one and play in some public servers, over time it will change itself.

i had same problem. in my guid history is the guid of my brother cause he was playing while i was logged in in cg. i opend support ticket to delete it out of the history but i didnt got any answeres. ticket was closed one week later without anything happend.
