Lagging/crashing from nowhere.

Over the last couple of days, my cod4 mp has suddenly been lagging for seemingly no reason :/ ran a speedtest and am at around 19mbps, ping test is also fine. PC is easily enough to handle SC2 on full specs so it shouldn't be having an issues with low specs cod4..

It is also crashing a lot more frequently. Before it might crash once every few days or so but now it crashes almost every game. Only thing I have changed in the last couple of days is setting up my tv as a 2nd monitor but I can't see that being too much of a problem?

wtf is going on?
