My servers sometimes randomly crashes

I have a lot servers in on my friends hosting and last time im having major problems...

Sometimes one server or max 3 die and mostly promod servers.

Now, i hate doing this, coz i need to go to ur Dedi server and it sux...

Ur dedi is using windows XP Service pack 3.
