COD4 - unknown Windows API function [131125] - HELP

using Firefox 9.0

Every time I play COD4 public or mix after about 1 or 2 minutes punk buster kicks me and displays this error "unknown Windows API function [131125]". I have no idea to fix this and this error this.

If anyone knows a fix to stop this happening please either message me or reply to this thread

can u try disabling or even uninstalling it. and if that works u have the problem

this error is often caused by antivirus software

I am getting this same error msg and I know for a fact that it is not my antivirus. I have been playing COD4 for a long time know and the only change since before I started getting this msg is that I am using Windows 8 Developer Preview.

Same anti-virus as always, MS Security Essentials.

I can only play on a certain few servers...
